Booking Process
1. Tell us When
When you request to book, we will get in touch with you to discuss the date and time for your event and verify that we have the availability.
3. Pick your plushies
Now it's the fun part! You get to look through our catalog and pick your plushies or toys you want to put into the machine! You'll pick your 10 standard plushies and then any additional plushies or toys you would like to add.
5. Order Summary
After you have paid the invoice, we will send over an order summary. This will show your plushie order and the remaining balance total which will be paid at delivery.
2. Tell us Where
Once date and time have been finalized, we will ask for your location. We will also ask a few questions about the entrance to the party to make sure our machines are able to be delivered (door frame dimensions, porch area, clear pathway, steps, etc.)
4. Deposit
When you are done looking through and picking out your plushies, I will create an invoice for the deposit. Deposit must be made in order for us to secure the date and time and the machine.
6. Enjoy!
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the party while we handle delivery, set up, take down, and standing by for support! We will arrive at least an hour early to set up, go over how everything works, and change the difficulty for you before we leave.
