  • How do I request a booking?

  • What is required to book a rental?
    We require a nonrefundable deposit of $150 to secure your date, time, and machine.
  • What are the dimensions of the machine?
    Height: 84" Width: 34" Depth: 36" Our machines only take up 9 sqft of space and can be put in a corner or up against a wall.
  • How do you get the machines in the house?
    During the inquiry we will ask questions about the home to ensure our machines are deliverable. We can disassemble the front panel to make the depth of the machine 28" which is enough to get the machine through the door frame. We also use a convertible hand truck which allows us to have more control while transporting.
  • Does the rental come with plushies?
    Yes, our Pearl Package comes with 1 claw machine, 10 standard plushies and 10 knobby balls. Please take a look at our plushie catalog!
  • Can you purchase more plushies?
    Yes, the machine comes with a minimum of 10 standard plushies but you can purchase more. We offer standard and premium plushies as well as filler balls and capsule balls.
  • What if I ordered too many plushies?
    "It's better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it." I understand wanting to make sure you have enough party favors, food, etc. for your guests which will result in sometimes getting way more than you need. With our rentals, we offer a sell back service which lets you sell back unused plushies to us and get a refund. Plushies must be in clean and unused condition for us to buy it back.   • Can I add in my own plushies?
    Yes you are able to purchase your own plushies and add them in. However, our machines still come with the 10 standard plushies and 10 knobby balls. We do not remove them or change the price of our package. I just like to let my customers know that I can't guarantee that the plushies you buy can be picked up by the machine, depending on the size and density of the plushie. We do provide grippers for the claw which will assist in picking them up but I still can't guarantee it will pick them up.
  • What if I want a particular character plushie?
    If we don't carry a specific character that you want, we suggest inquiring with us at least 4-8 weeks prior to your event to discuss details and that'll give us time to contact our suppliers and see if we can get the plushies in time. Please note that additional costs will incur as we usually have to order a certain quantity and depending on time frame, we may need to express ship your requested plushie.
  • Can I rent a machine out for more than 4 hours?
    Yes, you can! Additional hours are $40 per hour after we have delivered the machine. For example, if your event goes longer than 4 hours and you would like to keep the machine, it will be an additional $40 per hour. We recommend letting us know at the time of booking so we can block out the time. We cannot guarantee that you'll be able to book it out for additional time once in your possession because there may be someone renting it after you. If you know ahead of time that you will need the machine for longer than 4 hours, please reach out to us at pearl@pcplushies.com to inquiry for more time.
  • Do you have more than one machine?
    Yes, we have two machines on hand. If you need two machines, please inquire about a double rental.
  • Can the machines be used outside?
    Yes, as long as they are under a shaded area because the metal casing of the machine can get hot in direct sunlight. However, we do not allow the machines outside in three-digit temperatures even under a shaded area.
  • Will someone be on site during the rental?
    No, but we will be on standby to offer technical support if needed. If you do need or want someone on site, please ask during the inquiry.
  • What if I don't want to use tokens during my event?
    We recommend using tokens for the experience but if you prefer not to use tokens at your event, we can set up the machine on free play mode.
  • Can I control the difficulty of the machines?
    We supply you with 3 rubber grippers to put onto the claw as needed. We suggest starting off with none or one gripper which makes it hard to medium difficulty and add one gripper at a time as needed. This ensures the prizes don't get won easily at the beginning of the event.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
    If you cancel, you do lose your deposit, it is nonrefundable. You must give at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule. Rescheduling is based off of availability and we only allow one reschedule.
  • Do you book rentals during the week?
    As a small, family-run business, both my husband and I have weekday commitments. However, we're more than willing to accommodate weekday rentals with at least 2-3 weeks' notice. This allows us ample time to make arrangements with our current employers. Please note that for weekday events, we do have an additional fee of $250. This covers the cost of taking time off from our other jobs to ensure we can deliver the best possible service for your event.
  • Can I do same day booking?
    Unfortunately, we need at least a couple days notice for a booking. We rent trailers to move our equipment so I can't guarantee that we can get one on the same day. You can still inquire and I will do my best to try and accommodate your rental but there is also a same day booking fee of $100.
  • What if my party ends late?
    We understand that some parties will start later in the day which could result in a late pick up. In the event that your party goes into the night we can still pick it up at the end of your rental time or if you are not comfortable with a late pick up then we can come the next day to pick up. Please note that next day pick up will be an additional cost.
  • What is the best way to reach you?
    I am available every day from 8am - 7pm. I respond the quickest to text @ 702-381-3380.
  • Do you service outside of Las Vegas?
    We service all of Las Vegas, Henderson, and Summerlin area! We can service Pahrump and Boulder City but there will be an additional cost. -Time: We have to consider drive time and the time we have to either stay out there for the duration of the party or going home then coming back out -Gas -Distance Please inquire if you are interested or have any questions about us coming out to you in Pahrump or Boulder City.
  • Are you available during the holidays?
    We are willing to serve you on major holidays at an additional cost. Please remember, we are a family owned business so delivering our machines will result in taking time out of our day with our family.
  • How far in advance can we book our event?
    We allow up to 2 month in advance bookings right now. For example: if the current month is September, you can book as far as November. As we get busier, we will allow for further bookings.
  • Do you offer other types of rentals?

  • Do you have a store?
    We do not have a store but that is our end goal! We are a family-owned business so any and all the support is greatly appreciated!
  • Why is an attendant required to rent the cotton candy machine?
    An attendant is required because we only want our trained staff members to operate the machine to avoid any injuries or unnecessary mess. This is for you and your guests safety. An attendant will be there to watch the machine so it isn't open to younger kids that might try to turn it on or try to put their hand or other objects in the machine while it is hot and spinning.
