About Our Buy-Back System:
We're delighted to offer a convenient buy-back system for any clean and unused plushies from your event. This allows you to have some flexibility with your order. We want to let you know about a couple of important details:
Plushie Buy-Back: We're happy to buy back up to 30% of the plushies you order, not including the 10 standard plushies that come with the machine. This policy is in place to prevent excessive ordering and to ensure fairness for all of our customers. We hope this encourages you to order an amount that comfortably suits your needs, while still allowing for a bit of extra flexibility.
Inflatable Filler Balls: Unfortunately, we're unable to buy back any filler balls that have already been inflated. This is because we have limited storage space for these items. However, we'll provide you with an electric pump so you can inflate additional balls as needed during your event.
